At the invitation of OKA Architects, Archetype entered into a joint venture project to design this 33 Story Hotel and Serviced Apartment high rise.Situated in the office precinct, this development was to house American Ex-pats whose offices were in adjoining developments. The site was on the edge of a picturesque cliff with sweeping views of the CBD.The design was particularly innovative through the use of sweeping curves in plan to capture 360 degree views and was careful to ensure high levels of security, blast proof ground floors and entries.The project was placed on hold in 2009.
