ALTONA ST APARTMENTS
A contemporary nine story residential apartment development in West Perth maximised site potential, incorporating Kings Park views to the south as well as integrating passive solar design principles to the north facades. Despite pushing boundaries, the design was readily accepted and passed by City of Perth and its DAP team. Upon completion the apartments quickly attracted investors who readily recognised 'good design'.
